  • For custom or personalised orders, please allow 7-14 business days for processing, as each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders securely and on time. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and the delivery address.

  • Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over £100.
  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
