At By My Side Bracelets, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, personalised jewellery that honours your memories. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Personalised Items

As each bracelet is custom-made to your specifications, including engraving, sizing, and optional features, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised items. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalising your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your bracelet. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ByMySideBracelets@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
  3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Non-Personalised Items

If you purchased a non-custom item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate the return process.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once your return or cancellation is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customised or engraved items (except in cases of damage or defect).
  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse.
  • Shipping delays caused by courier services or customs.
